If your current formula is causing irritation, contains ingredients you are sensitive to, or simply is not feeling right for your skin — your Telederm dermatologist can work with you to adjust it. Options include:
Adjust the base to make it non-comedogenic, sensitive-skin safe, or free of specific ingredients
Modify concentrations or delivery form to better match your skin needs and tolerability
Remove or substitute specific ingredients based on your sensitivities or preferences
All modifications are made at the physician's sole clinical discretion based on their evaluation of your case.
How It Works
Submit your formula details through the form below. A board-certified dermatologist licensed in your state will review your submission within 24–48 hours and determine whether this formula is clinically appropriate to prescribe for your case.
If appropriate, your medication is prepared and shipped directly to your door.
If the physician determines the formula cannot be prescribed, or if we are unable to fulfill it, your $45 visit fee will be fully refunded.
